Very spacious, comfortable bed. We could leave our baggage a bit earlier. With the booking you get a ticket to visit Venice (so you can save 5 EUR pp).
Very close to the bus station that goes to Venice or to the airport.
Nice places to have an Italian breakfast nearby. :)
The street itself is kind of unpleasant after it gets dark. I think I would be afraid walking alone (but it can be my impression). No issues during the day though. :)

Value for money was top.
Spacious kitchen with all we needed for breakfast.
Good location near bus stop taking us directly to Venice in 20min.
Very friendly and welcoming staff!
Room was spacious and well equiped.
One of the beds was not so confortable.
The bathroom door was not locking.

Great location, clean and spacious bathroom even though it was seperate from the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had smoke ( cigarette) smell. Aircon stopped working after 30mins and as we got back around midnight with hot room and not able to cool down we messaged on the app and WhatsApp ... only got responce after 1am with question which location we are in.. we were asleep already. Saw message around 2 or 3 am. Had bad broken sleep due to heat in small room after long day and not able to cool down.
