It is ok for the price. Room clean, fuss-free. Easy check-out procedures. It is a bedroom of an apartment with shared bathrooms with other residents of other rooms. So easy to take a bus to Venice and it costs very little to take that bus. Parking is easy, althought it's street parking. Night time parking is free. Washing machine is a plus!
The bed slate had dislodged, mattress collapsed into the bed frame. Good thing I'm familiar with IKEA so I could put back the bed slates and restore the bed.
The corridor and staircases were not lit at night. Don't know why. Good thing we're 2 guys. Else it would feel a little unsafe.
I wish we have glass/plastic cups instead of disposable ones. But we made do with the paper ones supplied.

Very good communication with the host, clear instructions how to enter the property, good size room, comfortable bed, good quality bedding, we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in time.
Our room hasn’t been cleaned on time and we had to contact the host. The issue was resolved but we had to wait outside of our room for the cleaning job to be finished. I think that it was a human error on the part of the cleaning crew and the cleaning lady apologized for the omission. Nevertheless, instead of being able to use our room at 4:00 pm, we started using it at 7:00 pm. Other than that, everything else was fine.
