We chose this accommodation because it was close to the station, and because we didn’t want to stay in Venice (the island).
The accommodation was easy to find, clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our short trip to Venice. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed.
I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for something of value and has a good location to reach Venice (the island) easily!
Nothing really, people complain about the neighborhood but every neighborhood around major city train stations in Europe is sketchy.

Perfektní poloha jen kousek od autobusové stanice do Benátek i pěší dostupnost od vlakového nádraží. Hostitel dobře komunikoval, instrukce byly srozumitelné. V okolí arabské obchůdky/kebab.

It was clean.
The access to get in the property and area around. Missing of any staff for help. I personally think getting a hotel with 24/7 help desk is much much better idea then getting these types of remotely administered properties. Not cheap in price rather equal to some 4 star hotels so no point to stay here. No guests are allowed for even 1 minute visit. Wrong presentation of pictures as if kitchen is personal. No elevator access. Hard to get up stairs with luggage.
