Rooms were clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Both the house and gardens were lovely with safe parking. Nearby bus stop provided easy access to Venice. It was well located close to a lovely piazza with nice restaurants etc. Luca was a wonderful host, in the mornings he prepared delicious breakfasts for us and he helped us find places and things to do.
It was excellent…..no negatives at all.

Excellent location, very knowledgeable host, and exquisite breakfast …. Don’t miss this place if available. Your room with ensuite is in a very beautiful old home full of charm and character.

Owner was very friendly, communicative, and gave us a lot of info ranging from area history to Mestre restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was filling and excellent. No need for lunch! B&B was convenient to #2 bus direct to train station and Venice. Grounds were pretty, private, safe.
