Staff superfriendly and helpful! Ladies in reception 11 out of 10! This is how things should be handled in hotel reception, amazing servicelevel!
Breakfast good enough, quite many options. Tiny minus about juices, but in a big picture doesnt matter.
Room cleaning, everyday, quick and top quality. Cleaning lady was so positive and we always have few words with very positive way.
Location is great, next to Mestre main station, easy to travel to Venice or other directions. Airport bus stop near by.
Hotel is not the most expensive so I didnt except five star service, but I almost get it.
I cant find anything to say that I didnt like. Everything was more than good.

I have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are clean. The rooms are relatively large. The staff is professional and friendly. The location is excellent. You have a safe in your room. You have the ability to control the heat or a/c. The decor is modern. Some rooms have bathtubs and showers, some just showers.
It’s busy, and unfortunately many of the guests have not been acculturated to considering the impact of their noise on others, particularly the slamming of doors. The walls are also thin and rattle. Fortunately, almost all the guests are in bed by 11. So, it didn’t impinge all that much on my getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel, for its part, can probably mitigate the noise issue by installing a device on the doors that prevents slamming and installing new flooring in the hallway. If you’re going to leave notices about how I need to save the environment by not changing my towels or having my room cleaned, you could leave notices reminding people to take off their shoes on the hardwood floors and not slamming doors to preserve others’ peace and not chatting in the hallways when their tour group pulls out.
