BB Venice Cinzias'

The staff was wonderful the breakfast was great and very clean closed to the bus stop to Venice.

The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in years. Very good, hard mattress. Great private parking too.

All was good.

The host Cinzia and Paolo were very nice, almost always there to help. Always smiling..Serving breakfast themselves. Awesome breakfast. 4 types of croissant, cereals, biscuit packet, jam butter honey, juice, apple, banana, tea coffee all. Big room, big window, spacious bathroom , A/C. A big house with a beautiful garden. I like the blooming magnolia tree. Breakfast in the balcony while watching the garden was really nice 👌🏻. Very quite and clean neighborhood ...residential area. There is also an elevator for the first floor!! Shops and restaurants at a distance. Beautiful parks nearby, whole area is full of trees. We saw a Saturday morning market / flee market also.

Liked almost everything except the bus and tram stop is 7 to 8 minutes walk. And Venice mestre station is 15 minutes walk or by bus / tram. But as considering the B&B it can be ignored. A supermarket is 10 minutes walk.

The property was in a nice, quiet area and it was super convenient to get to the bus and train station. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.
