As a bonus, I forgot my passport in the room when leaving and the staff went above and beyond to reach me in time and I was able to pick it up before continuing my journey.

The room is far away from the bathroom and the kitchen does not have a sink. My fruits were gone in the refrigerator and when we tried to eat them we can’t find them.

We stayed for one night as a family. I would like to highlight the politeness of the host. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes from the bus (or tram) stop to Venice and a 5-minute walk to a grocery supermarket with a wide selection of food, including a section where you could buy ready meals for lunch or dinner. The area is quiet. Clean bed linen, everything was neat and comfortable.

Very good value for money. The train station is 5 minutes away, from where you can get to the Venice train station in 10 minutes for 1.5 euros. The room is comfortable. There is a coffee machine.

Great stay in continental part of Venice

The staff was extremely helpful, the lady on the reception agreed to store our luggage even though we arrived very early in the morning. And she helped us to arrange the taxi. The room actually looked better than on the photos. The beds were comfortable, there was enough blankets. And there was a nice terrace just in front of our room.

Im am newly retired and travel a lot, this stay was one of the best in all my travels.

Great place to stay for day trips onto Venice Islands, only short trip by bus or train. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for all travelers.

Good location, ~10 minutes walk to train station or bus stop from which you can get anywhere. Comfortable, quiet room with shutters that cut out light and noise. Good wifi in all areas. Common area with fridge, microwave, tea kettle and dishes so we were able to make small meals. Lovely covered terrace with plants and large table for working remote. Can come and go 24/7. Very helpful staff got us directions, restaurant recommendations, printed out tickets for us.

Very minor- does require climbing a flight of stairs to get from entry to rooms.

Excellent location but snappy staff

Clean. Host (male) was kind and friendly. Excellent location for visiting Venice. Train station walking distance. Supermarket walking distance. Free parking for car in the yard. Family room was large. We used shared toilet and shower - they were always vacant.

The host (lady) was awkward. We dared to ask if the city tax was already included in the amount we paid through booking.com and asked for the receipt for the cash payment she requested. All her answers were snappy after that - we found this unpleasant and unprofessional. Our food was taken from the fridge although we had labelled it clearly as requested. Hotel staff claimed they hadn't binned it, so it must have been smb else. How desperate must someone be to steal random leftovers from the common room fridge. There was a kettle in the common room but no sink.

Great place, great price, great stay.

I can't think of anything bad to say. The staff were very accommodating with our late check in. In was a close walk to the Train Station Mestre. The room and beds were clean and nice, the price was a steal. My friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were all very happy.

Ideal and safe.

Booked at short notice due to a change of travel plan. The bus driver from the airport explained its easy to find and it was 11 pm, walking under Mestre rail track then 10 mins from there and Google map didn't let me down. I rang the bell and a gent opened the door and showed me to my single room. The bathroom was adjacent to my room so it was easy to lock my door and use the facilities. It was spotless. The bedding and towel, the TV air conditioning, unlike larger hostels I've stayed in where they are well used and not so clean. This bathroom was so clean. The room wasn't large, but it was ideal for me, and it had a sink with mirror so I could clean my teeth and spend less time in the shared bathroom. I had a look at the common room and kitchen. It looked ideal, especially for solo or small group. It seems to be in a residential area, and I felt safe walking the streets to it late at night.

Fantastic especially for the price

Super convenient location less than 10-minute walk from the train station. Wifi was pretty good and worked well enough for basic tasks. Staff were very kind and check-in process was super smooth. There is a huge grocery store a 2 minute walk away and the microwave and shared fridge were great. Everything was very quiet at night.

For short term very nice.

The location was good, very close to bus station and supermarkets. The room was wide and there was also a desk and chair. In the mutual area there is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Balcony was good.

The rooms have thin walls, I couldn't sleep my second night due to next room, but wit ear plugs can be ok. There is no hairdryer in the showers. It would be nice if there is some hangs in the bathroom. There is a towel hang on bidet but I do not want to use it.
