Great place! Everything is at the highest level.
The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The room and furniture look brand new. The room is very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. You can really feel the care and attention to every detail.
A short walk to the thermal baths.
Highly recommended!

Clean. Host (male) was kind and friendly. Excellent location for visiting Venice. Train station walking distance. Supermarket walking distance. Free parking for car in the yard. Family room was large. We used shared toilet and shower - they were always vacant.
The host (lady) was awkward. We dared to ask if the city tax was already included in the amount we paid through booking.com and asked for the receipt for the cash payment she requested. All her answers were snappy after that - we found this unpleasant and unprofessional. Our food was taken from the fridge although we had labelled it clearly as requested. Hotel staff claimed they hadn't binned it, so it must have been smb else. How desperate must someone be to steal random leftovers from the common room fridge. There was a kettle in the common room but no sink.
