A great place to stay near Venice

Great location if you are catching a bus to go into Venice (this is all we did from the property so I don’t know much else about the surrounding area other than the bus station.) Buying tickets at the front desk was very easy. The rooms were very clean and modern and nice. Air conditioning worked very well. Great shutters on the windows to block light and very quiet at nice. Breakfast was good and worth the €12 for sure. Parking was easy and nice to have.

Outstanding experience

This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

The hotel was very nice, located in the middle of a great park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good, bus station right in front of the hotel. The ride was 15-20 min to Venice. You can buy ticket from the reception. Room were nice and clean, breakfast diverse and plenty. Good stay overall.

we Liked everything here from the hotel to the staff who were extremely friendly, the breakfast was great, it had a nice choice, a nice garden outside to sit and have a coffee. just accross the street you can hop on bus to go visit Venice.

perfect location to visit Venice,reception member kindly told us everything we need to know,even we could purchase bus tickets,gave us a map. Hotel is nice and bed was comfty.

Hotel was convenient for a day trip to Venice

The staff at reception were very helpful in explaining how to get Venice and the transportation timings.

Restaurant was understaffed and all attention was given to a corporate group. Breakfast was very basic and could be better.

We would return and recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent since we traveled by Flixbus and were able to walk to the hotel. Public transportation was convenient and easy to use to get to the center. We hired a taxi (€35) to take us to the airport. The restaurant was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious meal when we arrived. The service was excellent. The staff (Giacomo) was amazing! He remembered our names and guided us very well. Breakfast was plentiful. Susi, the manager of the breakfast room, is a character and very attentive. We will remember her good humor.

For me and my husband, in our 60’s, the mattresses were a little too hard for our backs and hips and the pillows were too thin. Other than that all the accommodations were superb.

bus stops right in front of the hotel . rooms are OK , nothing extra . good if you are looking for a safe and good hotel to sleep while you are visiting the city . lots of parking inside the property. Recepcionist Giacomo was very kind and helpfull , he accomodated all of our needs geniunely . big thanks to him .

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is varied, fine coffee. Hotel is neat and clean, very well connected to the center of Venice.

The only complaint is the bathroom, which needs a complete renovation, and the uncomfortable and hard pillows.
