    Excellent location. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia Station and Grand Canal where you can catch a Vaporetto (water bus). It served very good breakfast as well.

    No problems at all. Very handy for transport in and out of Venice plus close to a water bus stop. Once located it is easy to find, but with the warren of small streets, everywhere is the same. Good breakfast spread.

    Location was ok but need to cross few narrow lanes to reach hotel. Even with Uber need to walk and cross the lanes. If you have heavy luggage it's a problem. Somehow the 2 rooms I booked for my family gets very cold at night. With heater not working, it makes the problem worst. Thats my main issue. Apart from that staff are quite helpful.
