Really nice villa and despite the age everything is reslly clean. Garden super nice and good food (try the tiramisu)! We stayed there because it is close to the designer outlet.
Could use some more renovation outside and inside :)

Rooms were clean and spacious. We were really grateful for the soundproofing (see below). We had a nice dinner at the restaurant.
We spent one night at the hotel as we were travelling through Veneto by car. On the day of our stay, wedding was hosted at the hotel which they did not inform us of (we had already cancelled another booking in the area for the same reason but at least they were transparent about it). I would expect a five star hotel to at least inform the guests of an event like this, so that we know what to expect. Thankfully (like I said before), the rooms were soundproof but we had to cross the area where the wedding was held several times during our stay constantly earning stares from the guests, which caused discomfort on both sides.
Also, they charge 2€ for the coffee capsules (!!) in the room. That’s ridiculously expensive, especially considering that these days, almost every hotel provides them for free.

The villa is falling apart. It needs urgent repairs. Major renovations. Cracks in the floor. It's scary to walk. Breakfasts are very modest. The location is inconvenient if you walk further than the garden. A taxi to Venice is 90 euros one way. If you're just spending the night. I was also surprised that they charge 2 euros for a capsule of coffee in the room. We've never encountered this before.
