It’s beautiful! The owner is personable and makes the experience so exceptional. We love the property and the room! And it’s right across from the train station.

This B&B is located across the street from the train station making it extremely convenient and affordable to go to Venice (€3.05 each way). The rooms are clean and sizable with modern bathrooms. The breakfast is very nice with an array of hams, cheeses and homemade pastries. A grocery store, restaurant and pharmacy is within 2 blocks of the hotel. It’s a quiet location away from the crowds in Venice.

The owner is very friendly. Even though the description mentioned street parking, he allowed us to park in his yard. It's a great location for exploring Venice – the train station is right across the street, with trains to Venice departing approximately every half hour (the timetable is posted in the hallway). The journey to Venice takes 20 minutes. This cozy hotel is set back from the station, separated by a garden, so it's quiet.
There was mold in the shower (cabin/stall). As a coffee lover and being in Italy, I had hoped for a proper bean-to-cup coffee machine (one that grinds the beans and froths milk for cappuccino) instead of a capsule machine.

Georgianna (not the owner but a member of staff) was great, really helpful and accommodating. Location is really great, station is literally 2 minutes from the station. It couldn't have been easier to get into Venice.
Having driven 10 hours to get to the hotel under the premise and that we had to pay an extra 30 euros for check in after 9pm, we arrived at 8:45pm to our host not at the hotel. We had to call the number provided, someone answered but with no reply. I then called again and someone else answered stating that they would be 10 minutes. When they arrived, the host was visibly drunk and stumbled towards the gate with no apology. He let us in and pointed at where we should park. He was then unable to check us in as he was unable to see our documents. On the second morning, the host was not there as he had been out the night before and there were no fresh breakfast options.
There were also stains on the extra pillows on the bed.
