We had a wonderful stay with our family! Everything was excellent — the accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful garden was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some peaceful family time. The location is also very convenient, especially with the train station nearby. Most of all, we would like to praise our host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and very well taken care of. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We would happily come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were incredibly kind and provided a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. The cook was wonderful, and the cakes he made were absolutely delicious. I especially loved the cappuccino—I often asked for a second cup! It was a pity that I didn't get to see the hosts when I checked out, as I wanted to thank them and say goodbye in person. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to the train station to get into Venice with absolutely no train noise at all. Walking distance to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast, would have liked a few more savoury options as it was very sweet treat heavy, though what was on offer was tasty. Plentiful good coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

Georgianna (not the owner but a member of staff) was great, really helpful and accommodating. Location is really great, station is literally 2 minutes from the station. It couldn't have been easier to get into Venice.

Having driven 10 hours to get to the hotel under the premise and that we had to pay an extra 30 euros for check in after 9pm, we arrived at 8:45pm to our host not at the hotel. We had to call the number provided, someone answered but with no reply. I then called again and someone else answered stating that they would be 10 minutes. When they arrived, the host was visibly drunk and stumbled towards the gate with no apology. He let us in and pointed at where we should park. He was then unable to check us in as he was unable to see our documents. On the second morning, the host was not there as he had been out the night before and there were no fresh breakfast options. There were also stains on the extra pillows on the bed.
