The hotel is located in a nice area, near the train station, about 5 minutes of walking distance. It has a pretty spacious garage, and the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were always super kind and helpful. We have really enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast buffet got pretty empty when there were plenty of guests. I’m not sure if there was a predefined refilling schedule, but it seemed like the plates could have been refilled a bit more regularly.

the only good thing is that it is a central location

The hallway smells terrible, the elevator was very old, the rooms were old and smelly, the bathroom was dirty and there was no water pressure. And the worst thing was the air conditioner was very noisy and it made my head hurt. I would not stay again..

The property was at a good lively location

After payment for my room and upon checking into the room the Airconditioner was not working. Bring this to the staff on duty’s notice but they were not of much help except giving me a fan in 30 degree heat. They said they were sold out for t the night and cannot change my room. So I was badly stuck in this hotel as there was no availability in hotels close by. And to make matters worse the piazza outside the hotel had a party going on late into the night and couldn’t even sleep with my windows open Did mention to the staff that at least I should be given a discount on the room and they said they are not authorised to do anything and I should discuss this with booking.com So all in all a pretty bad stay

Overall a good value for money if your expectations are not super high.

The location is perfect, as it sits in the centre of Mogliano Veneto, surrounded by fine restaurants as well as bars for a "spritz" and little bites. It is a short walk to the train station for day visits to Venice and Treviso. Wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly, but when it was time to move rooms (we stayed an additional night), nobody helped.

Unfortunately the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. There is an electric water kettle in the room, but no coffee... just some random tea bags. Nothing in the small refrigerator, and not very clean either. We couldn't park the car in the garage as it is too small for an SUV... or so we were told. It is something that should be stated at the time of reservation.

Good hotel with excellent location for a visit to Venice.

Everything worked well and hotel fullfilled our excpectations. Location is very good close to the train station to Venice. Breakfast was ok, little bit shortage of some popular foodstuff. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Parking in the garage or on hotel courtyard.

On the night Friday to Sarurday there was a big party in the restaurant on hotel inner court. It made terrible noice which lasted very late.

Lovely location, very close to train station- Venice in 20 min, lovely European breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

In the first night, air conditioning was not working properly in our room and it had a noisy leak overnight. Struggled sleeping that night. Next morning engineer came but unable to fix. We had to move in another room.

Convenient location to get to Venice by train and bus. Quite good breakfast. Private garage. Nice small town (Mogliano Veneto). Good pizzerias, restaurants and groceries few steps away.

The room was outdated. The cleaning was bad - a dust on the floor and a garbage from previous guests in the table drawer and bedside tables. Noisy bar in front of the hotel which might become a problem.

Small rooms with old furniture and facilities, nowhere near 4 star level. There are obviously two parts of the hotel, one renovated, and the other, where we were accommodated, is not. I would call it a little scam, selling 2 star rooms for the price of 3 star rooms under the image of a 4 star hotel.
