The hotel is located in a nice area, near the train station, about 5 minutes of walking distance. It has a pretty spacious garage, and the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were always super kind and helpful. We have really enjoyed our stay!
The breakfast buffet got pretty empty when there were plenty of guests. I’m not sure if there was a predefined refilling schedule, but it seemed like the plates could have been refilled a bit more regularly.

Great location to shops, restaurants, bar, market & train stations. All close. Venice about 20 minutes by train right to the Grand Canal. Giovanna was a great host 🥰 Delicious breakfast served by Irena & Dorina!

Everything worked well and hotel fullfilled our excpectations. Location is very good close to the train station to Venice. Breakfast was ok, little bit shortage of some popular foodstuff.
Personnel was friendly and helpful. Parking in the garage or on hotel courtyard.
On the night Friday to Sarurday there was a big party in the restaurant on hotel inner court. It made terrible noice which lasted very late.
