I was positively surprised and I wonder why there are negative reviews. Overall, it meets the expectations of the descriptions: clean, comfortable, comfy beds, quiet. The host was available to fulfill our requirements. The breakfast is simple and based on the Italian tradition.
According to me, what I knew already that doesn't allow to reach to maximum score is the fact that the bathroom is outside the room. I also suggest to have the mirrors inside the rooms.

We had a nice stay at villa Iris in Mogliano Veneto. We arrived at night and we received the room we booked and all the information about where to eat and what to do. We parked our on the street in fornt of the location free of charge, our accommodation was good and the breakfast was ok to begin a long day visiting Venice. Thank you for accommodating us!

La struttura è bella, elegante e pulita con un piccolo spazio verde antistante. Quartiere tranquillo
Non servito dai mezzi pubblici. Lì vicino vi stanno fermate dove non passa mai un autobus e nel web non sembrerebbe collegato. Climatizzatore rotto. Tv non funzionante. Bagno fuori dalla stanza dove passano altri ospiti. Su Booking sta scritto letto matrimoniale/due letti singoli unità 1. In realtà sono due stanze diverse e per chi ha figli piccoli non va bene. Colazione non varia.
