This exeptional villa is on a perfect location if you want to stay outside of Venice but still very near. The friendly staff that greets you on the reception and throught the Villa is something we will remember and definately will return.

Great place to stay at! Our room included a small garden that we really liked, especially since you could walk out into the big garden / pool area through a small green "labirinth". We loved the breakfast, restaurant, room, everything was great. Staff was INCREDIBLY polite and helpful at anytime of day / night. Train station is a short 20 minute walk away from the hotel, and from there only 15 minutes to Venice.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and super clean rooms.
Me and my friends couldn’t stay longer as we had to go back, but if we could we stay there forever.

Location and it was very grand to look at - transfer into Venice
The pool area was a bit tired (decking). Restaurant food was low standard for the price of our stay and we were all badly bitten by mosquitoes and would have very much appreciated the option of eating indoors..
