Location was excellent for Venice and beds were comfy and rooms were very spacious
5 minutes walk to train station and bargain 1.50 euros single to Venice
Breakfast was very basic/ not enough food for number of customers .
Hotel could do with a minor refurb.

Given the duration of stay and the regional pricing, value for money. For those traveling by car, it is definitely worth it as the provide a parking with no extra charge. Nice area as well. Supermarkets and gas station around the block. Nice local restaurants around.
The breakfast, although sufficient, could give a great added value if they would bother to present it a bit better and in a more functional way.

The hotel was above my expectations - everything was in good order, the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast matched my taste. There was even home-made tiramisu one day ^_^ Thank you for a lovely stay!
There is a bus stop nearby and it takes 10 min to get to Venice, though buses do not always follow the time schedule.
The walls seem very thin so it's possible to hear what people say in another room. Fortunately there were only few guests, so it was not a big issue for me personally.
