Good value for money. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a bit thin, so you may hear some noise from the hotel restaurant, but nothing unbearable. The staff was mixed—special mention to the very friendly receptionist at check-in, while others were less welcoming. The location is great, with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk providing easy access to Venice. Breakfast included in the stay was basic but sufficient; however, it could be improved with more variety (fruit and vegetables) and more frequent refilling of key items. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. If you’re looking for a clean room with good access to Venice, it’s a solid choice, though there is room for improvement in the services.

The location of the hotel was Ok. What destroyed our stay was the staff. Upon arrival we were told that the AC is in full blast. Our room was at the last floor and it was 27.5 degrees when we arrived early afternoon. We were assured that by the time we come back in the evening the room will be cold. It wasn’t. It stayed at 27.5 when we were back at 9:30 PM. The person at the deck refused to move us and initially refused to even provide a fan stating that 27.5 degrees is normal. Needless to say it was a sleepless night. The next morning we picked our luggage and told the front deck that unless we have a room that is suitable for normal stay we will be leaving and will be asking for full return. The staff initially told us they can not do anything but eventually agree to move us. Horrible customer service. This is not what anyone need when going on vacation. Stay there at your own risk. We know to never repeat our mistake.
