Location is perfect Breakfast is generous The owners are lovely Villa is really historical with a great story The outside needs a little bit of work to look more welcoming, but it is happening Inside the room was clean and warm with everything I needed (including kettle and tea!)

Great location for short transit or a single night stay.

Location was near the Maestre Train station. Breakfast was a decent spread. There were scrambled eggs and bread slices. Would be great if the eggs could be made to order as the food turned cold quickly.

Mini bar was a little dirty. Some packets of biscuits provided were open. The walls of the rooms were really thin. We could hear the next door ladies giggling and laughing throughout the night. Not suitable for light sleepers or families with kids. There was no lift on the property. Beware if you have large/heavy suitcases. There were also mosquitoes around area. It is okay if you do not open the windows.

Very much a budget hotel

The staff were friendly. Close to Marghera station. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard but that’s personal preference. It’s a shame what was left of the garden was basically overgrown and huge aircon compressors put in the ‘garden’ when the scruffy back yard would have not been more marred by these

The street had abandoned houses and looked unsafe. The hotel yard was a wreck with broken paving and a falling down outbuilding. The old windows did not seal well and mosquitoes got in. The shower leaked all over bathroom.

Casa Villa is simply remarkable!

The accomodation is at a walkable distance from Mestre FS Train Station (5-7 min), also accessible by Buses or Tramway. The location is simply great. The personnel are friendly, the breakfast is varied and nutritional. I can only highly recommend it 😉

Everything was very old, the shower was broken, and the room was very small. You could hear every step your neighbors made. Everything was clean, but very untidy and worn out, giving the impression of poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness, it was unpleasant to stay in such a place. At breakfast, the ham had an unpleasant smell.

The location is good,- few min from direct train to Venice (10 min) The lady on reception is kind and trying to help The bathroom was ok.

All is very old with smell of old carpets. Outside it looks like a house that nobody lives in The room is called "Deluxe quadraple room".,- room with beds one close to another .. It is not Deluxe. On the pictures it is much nicer. The breakfast is very limited Conditioner is working .. but you don't feel it

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The person at check-in gave us so many helpful tips and directions.The proximity to the train station (Mestre)and the bus stop to access Venice, was also excellent. Also there was a screen on our window which was great as the mosquitos were biting.
