Great place, charming rooms, very clean, great location, especially if traveling by car - free parking with the train station nearby and 10 min. train ride to historical city of Venice. Delightfull and very helpful host. We enjoyed our stay.

Property has an excellent location near the train station, perfect for short trip to Venice. Free parking on site is a big plus also.
The furniture (especially the mattress) felt a bit outdated. The walls are also very thin, which could bother someone with a light sleep.

A very nice villa with a authentic vibe. Very close to the train station, a 5 minutes walk. 10 more minutes of train ride and you are in front of the Grand Canal. The staff is very welcoming and nice. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds.
The shower cabin was a bit tight

The staff were friendly. Close to Marghera station. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard but that’s personal preference.
It’s a shame what was left of the garden was basically overgrown and huge aircon compressors put in the ‘garden’ when the scruffy back yard would have not been more marred by these
The street had abandoned houses and looked unsafe. The hotel yard was a wreck with broken paving and a falling down outbuilding. The old windows did not seal well and mosquitoes got in. The shower leaked all over bathroom.
