Sehr schönes, etwas älteres italienisches Haus. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus verfügbar und das Zimmer war klimatisiert. Bei Ankunft erhält man ausführliche Tipps und Empfehlungen. Die Unterkunft ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt von wo aus man mit dem Zug in innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Venedig ist.

It is a beautiful B&B, so close to the station to catch the train to Venice! In a quiet area, yet so close to the train station! The room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The host Frederico is so helpful, giving all tips you need for a great stay and tour around Venice! Breakfast was delicious and the host always double checking to see if everything was ok or if we need something else! I highly recommend Casa Villa Gardenia!

The staff were friendly. Close to Marghera station. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard but that’s personal preference.
It’s a shame what was left of the garden was basically overgrown and huge aircon compressors put in the ‘garden’ when the scruffy back yard would have not been more marred by these
The street had abandoned houses and looked unsafe. The hotel yard was a wreck with broken paving and a falling down outbuilding. The old windows did not seal well and mosquitoes got in. The shower leaked all over bathroom.
