Rooms were very clean, large / high ceilings, and A/C worked well. All amenities supplied in our room, fridge, stove, all utilities. Bicycles supplied, above ground pool(clean), cushioned loungers/ umbrellas.Wifi worked well. Plenty of parking. Felt safe there/ gated. Room door were like a vault door👍 initial reception - well received, allowed us to store luggage , checked in rooms available a little earlier 👍
Some minor hiccups with one of the two apartment doors ( attendant a bit frustrated )in dealing with our issue - result resolved by us replacing the batteries

Great space in 2 bed apartment no.11, loved the quietness and pool area, only 10 mins from Mestre station.
There was an apartment above us, there dinning room was directly above our bedrooms so when the noisy neighbours decided to drag the dining chairs, shout loudly at kids, have an argument the. You heard everything- really annoying after a long drive on the 1st day and long day in Venice on 2nd day.
Be aware, says air con, but this is in the living area, not each bedroom, with high temps during the day, bedrooms not cool enough.
