Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre

Everything was great! The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant has a good menu. The pool area was a great place to relax. The pillows were excellent in the room.

I needed to get to the train station quickly. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel, but when I went there the bus was already full, so I had to take a taxi. The bus arrived late, and there was simply no room for anyone else to get on. It resulted in a waste of time. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the location can be a little challenging in critical situations when you need to get somewhere quickly.

The pool option. Close to the airport.

Hot water issues.

Exceptionally clean, waiter service first class in the restaurant, good bus service to the town

Breakfast range slightly limited but food nevertheless exceptional, some of front desk and wellness staff (during the week) touch frosty

Large bed, ok room size. Free parking in front of the hotel

Chlorine smell on the floors, pillows were terrible, room thermostat coud not be adjusted to lower temps and therefore unpleasant and hard to sleep because it was too warm. Windows were not tight enough and you could hear lots of outside noise. One from the 2 room i booked had old and broken bathroom hardware. Hidden fees that are only described as "possible applicable" when booking. They tried to take 137 euros in advance from the card and had to pay 50 euros as a depsit when arrived.
