The check-in process was very unconplicated, and overall, the instructions for the house were very clear. Convenient location near a supermarket, and the center of Mestre. Good walking distance to the tram for Venice. The house was in good conditions overall and our room had a lovely terrace.
Overall, we liked the experience, but there is always space for improvement. Access to the building seemed a little too easy for non-residents, as the password seems to be rarely changed and could easily be guessed from the combination lock.. The shower glass was rather flimsy, as some of the hanger mechanisms were ageing. Lighting was sometimes rather dim in the night. The two first issues are just brought up as potential improvement points, as the access the the actual rooms was secured by an own key, and the showever was still perfectly feasible.

Proximity to the Tram to Venice. Cleanliness and comfort of the space. Bed space and accommodations. Water temperature and pressure.
Chairs in the common space, but not in the room. No person present.

I needed just a night for the next day flight so location was preferable to be closer to the airport.
The room was clean but had a stale smell. Not sure if it was because of the old furniture.
