Baco Da Seta Residence con Piscina - Venezia Mestre

It’s a beautiful set up with a gorgeous pool and it feels tranquil. The sun loungers are comfy and plenty of shaded areas if needed. The accommodation had everything I needed and the location was perfect. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and comfortable in the surroundings and with the staff. The shops locally had everything you would need and only a short walk away. If you have kids, there is go karting and a play area in the shopping centre too.. including fast food and other places to eat and some lovely cafes. The train station is a short walk away and easy transport into Venice and other surrounding areas. It was absolutely perfect for me. The restaurant was always busy when open and I thought it would be noisy with the amount of people but it wasn’t at all. Plus the food was lovely!

Unfortunately one morning I had no hot water. In general the apartment felt a little disappointing for the amount of money paid. Don’t get me wrong it had everything I needed but it just felt tired and needed a deep clean. The shower was snug. The only time I could hear other guests was when they used the stairs (just the structure of the building and the tall beams).

Everything was fantastic. We loved our stay. The house is big with an amazing balcony. The area has an excellent on site restaurant. The pool area is fantastic with beautiful chairs and a great place to relax. We booked the house to visit Venice and the owner was fantastic to help us find our way to the train station. The house is only 10 mins walk to the train station and in 30 minutes we were in Venice. Thank you for everything your passion and dedication to helping your guests is very appreciated.

The staff and the owner were very kind and helpful. Especially the owner had a energy that looked like he really enjoys what he does. We did not try the restaurant but it looked busy everyday looks very recommendable if you like a good wood grill.

Good location - close to the train station. You can get to Venice in 17 minutes by train. Free parking. Very good restaurant. Nice service.

It is more like an agritourism farm than an apartment. I couldn't open the window because bugs from the field were coming in. It could be cleaned better. Some of the furniture was heavily worn. The air conditioning didn't work.
