The pool area is lovely but it’s the only highlight of an otherwise dated property.

We were disappointed with our stay. The B&B had no staff on site as they were away on holiday, this was not communicated prior to our arrival. This meant essentials like towels and toilet paper were not replenished. The restaurant was also closed without any prior warning, and given the location of the property, it was very difficult to find meals - we were expecting to be able to purchase breakfast and evening meals as is advertised as available

Great place to use for going to Venice with car park and train station around the corner

Great location. Nicely placed residence in nature and really close to the train station, supermarket etc. Going to Venice while leaving the car and personal stuff at the well guarded hotel is awesome. Owner is really nice and welcoming.

Although the apartment was cleaned just before arrival you can see many spots that are more dirty and that haven’t been cleaned in a while. It would be nice to have a bit of coffee pads and thea bags around on arrival.

Amazing accommodation in the middle of Mestre for tranquil ultima or prima night stay near VCE!!!

Alessio was amazing/welcoming/helpful/accommodating. . .!!! to me, who arrived per solo, in advance of my friends, three of whom (a mother and two of her three daughters) were staying overnight w/me. . .then, was so similarly welcoming to the troupe of that family, dad and the oldest daughter in a car separate from mom as well as separate from the two daughters who drove yet another car. . .none of which were turned away from convening with me; for what I had invited as "dinner" (not knowing the restaurant, in residence was closed on Mondays. . .) We had yet another friend drive to enjoy a dinner coincidenza. . .fortunately, we all brought foods for a pre-dinner happy hr on the grounds; and were satisfied with our picnic, to not need to go out to dinner elsewhere. . .we thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and left what we thought was appropriate gratuity for the two additional family to all be at the pool together; as they have not been as all daughters are in university and/or other areas for work. . .a great/unexpected reunion. . .at a most amazingly amenity-filled, excellently located guest accommodation in Mestre. . .so isolated but graced with the nearby train line, encircled by local roads, but set far enough for no noise or light pollution, yet, so close to VCE. . .absolutely the best!!!

I was unaware that the wall switch below the water heater in the apartment bath controlled that water heater; so two of the overnight guests showered w/out hot water. . .until we investigated more thoroughly. . .engaged in a bit of trial and error of switch this on; that off; that on; this off. . .a small label/sign there would be beneficial, even to vero italiani guests. (as my plus 3. . .) The balcony of the apartment was amazing for sky watching both in eve and am; with coffee. . .however, the three terracotta planters with skeletons of previously tended/now forgotten/flowering plants detract significantly from the charm of the balcony and the view. . .as an architect, I recommend the planters be removed from the railing and only two retained; each placed on floor at either side of the arch; and planted with a flowering vine, such as bougainvillea or other, (with cord placed to allow the vines to climb to the height of the arch; which would allow staff to readily water the boxes, without overspillage onto entry patio below; and continue the amazing "greenery theme" of the residence courtyard and pool, to thrive there, as well. . .the L-shaped lounger seating just outside of the restaurant in front/side yard (near pingpong table area of courtyard; but nearest the building) could benefit from being shifted (to the right as when facing it) to not have the roof downspout outfall onto the last cushion on the left. . .it was a bit sporky and damp with constant algae (yuk) and, the one umbrella (to the right of the L) which blew over, onto the head of the dad who was sitting exactly there on the lounger seating could be better ballasted during wind events. . .we tried to keep other items from blowing around, so hope such was helpful. . .the fact that the restaurant was closed only intrigues me to return here on my next travel thru VCE, to taste the specialties of the Grilliata!!!!

Good location - close to the train station. You can get to Venice in 17 minutes by train. Free parking. Very good restaurant. Nice service.

It is more like an agritourism farm than an apartment. I couldn't open the window because bugs from the field were coming in. It could be cleaned better. Some of the furniture was heavily worn. The air conditioning didn't work.

We booked a ground floor apartment, instead we were given an upstairs apartment,up 20 steep and narrow stairs,spoke with the owner he couldn’t care less, very arrogant. Go somewhere else where they appreciate you.

Everything was beautiful

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and supermarket. Tidy, clean, peaceful. We are sorry that due to our short stay we could not enjoy using the pool.

lovely big residence situated just outside of venice. big and spacious rooms with adequate kitchen facilities which allowed us to cook breakfast. located five minutes walk from the train station. there is a restaurant on site also (as we were only on a stop over we did not get to eat here)

The location is nice if you don't want to be in the city crowds. They offer free and safe parking. The bedroom is nice and comfortable. There is a train station nearby that provides cheap and easy transportation to Venice. There is a nice restaurant right next to the apartments.

On the first day, the accommodation was not adequately heated. the bathroom was very cold and uncomfortable for showering. If you want to use the kitchen for cooking, it is poorly equipped. There were only two spoons in the kitchen, the kitchen hood did not work at all. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet. The owner should invest a bit in the bathroom for this price range.
