Gated parking with lot of space. The train station is within walking distance, so it's convenient starting place to visit Venice (although not that many trains as from the main station - be careful). The apartment is spacious, and furnished very nice. The internet has a good speed. You also get the Venice entry pass, so you don't need to worry about. There's a big shopping mall in the city, 5 minutes by car, so you can buy anything there.

Nothing really. Be aware that it's on 2nd floor without elevator, so if you have heavy bags - be aware of it. There are restaurants nearby so in the evening it can be loud, but in the night it's quiet. As a plus, you get a discount at the restaurant down below.

Good price/quality ratio

Located in a quiet area, has good facilities and restaurant in the perimeter. Very nice gesture from the staff, they printed our Venice passes in advance. You also receive a discount at the hotel’s restaurant. Not very well connected to the city, the public transport is not so frequent and you have to walk 10 or 20 minutes for a better chance to take a bus to the city center or Venice. This is not in any way the fault of the hotel, that’s why I didn’t post it in the negatives section. But this is something you live with if you research these aspects beforehand. The room is spacious enough, beds comfortable, and we also liked the few free amenities available.

Thin walls, can hear every noise. The pillows, even though they exist, are so thin they can’t really be considered pillows. The bath space is sufficient, but the shower itself is very narrow.

Good location. Very clean, nice restaurant downstairs and super helpful staff. Owner helped me get a taxi promptly.

Shower is quite possibly the smallest I’ve ever seen. Bed and pillows are borderline backpacker spec but for the price it is an all good 1-2 night stay.

🌟 Highly Recommended! Great Food, Staff & Vibe 🌟

The property is very safe! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a nice restaurant – the food is delicious, and the drinks are great too (they serve a fantastic cocktail called Hugo!). The location is excellent and well connected: there’s a bus stop right next to the property, and you can rent scooters and bikes easily. Everything is top-notch from every angle. We highly recommend this place!

Clean, comfortable, the staff is super nice and accommodating. My flight arrived pretty late to Venice and they were very helpful explaining how to check in very late at night. Also on my last day I had to wait a few hours for my friend to pick me up and they were very nice about me staying at the lobby without a problem :).

I like there

The room is very clean, as well as bath room. the owner is very kind to provide you all needed information to visit Venice. Breakfast was light but enough for most of people I guess. Quiet place to live.

It's not convenient to go there by public transport, at least 15 mins walk and then there is a bus 7E to go Venice directly.

- the breakfast was very good, there were many options available - Oscar was very helpful and he guided us regarding buses, places to eat and what to visit - the hotel's restaurant which is next to the hotel is really nice and has great pizza - the hotel is in a very nice area, quiet and very enjoyable - the pictures show how the rooms really look, so no worries there - the bed was very comfortable - the rooms has air conditioning

- the location of the hotel is a bit far from Central Mestre and Venice itself, but really close to the hotel you have 2 buses and 15 min away another one

Instalaciones nuevas y departamento muy espacioso. Encontramos todos los ambientes muy limpios y bien equipados ofreciéndonos una excelente estadía para 5 personas Camas cómodas, dos baños grandes y buen sistema de calefacción El personal fue predispuesto y amable

La ubicación de las instalaciones está un poco alejada del centro de Mestre, pero realmente no es algo malo o un punto en contra. El transporte público funciona perfecto, haciendo que puedas viajar a otras partes de la ciudad rápidamente y por poco dinero

אהבנו שיש חניה פרטית ושיש מסעדה ממש טובה בצמוד למלון דירות

היינו בחדר 6 והחדר מאוד קטן. מקלחון עוד יותר קטן. האסלה לא הייתה נקייה והייתי צריכה לנקות אותה עם מגבונים של אלכוהול. אולי מדובר בסימנים שלא יוצאים אבל זה עדיין לא יוצר הרגשה נקייה ממליצה להחליף את המושב אסלה.

Die Toilette oben hat gestört. Es läuft Wasser die ganze Zeit und die Geräusche waren sehr störend. Frühstück kostet 20€ oder 25€ finde ich teuer. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.

El alojamiento está muy bien en relación calidad-precio. El personal muy amable, al lado hay un restaurante que es de la misma propiedad y en dos ocasiones fuimos a buscar comida para llevar y súper atentos. Lo recomiendo

L’appartamento era bello, pulito e super accessoriato, non mancava nulla. Le ragazze del ricevimento sono state molto accoglienti e disponibili, sempre pronte a darci qualsiasi informazione. Ottima posizione per visitare Venezia: in 15 minuti di macchina si arriva al parcheggio di Piazzale Roma, da cui si prosegue a piedi o in vaporetto. Nel weekend il tram non passa, quindi abbiamo preso l’autobus, ma è molto lento e affollato, sconsigliato se si viaggia con bambini. Meglio optare per il treno dalla stazione o andare direttamente in auto.

Für einen Kurztrip absolut ok

Man kann den Bahnhof noch fußläufig erreichen, wenn man fit ist und kommt somit bequem nach St. Lucia. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass man das Auto ruhigen Gewissens stehen lassen kann.

Das Bett war eher wie eine Liege, was nicht so bequem war. Und der Lärm aus dem anliegenden Restaurant war störend.

Pajęczyny na ścianach. Pluskwa (Robak) na suficie, i jakaś pełzająca dżdżownica na podłodze. W nocy wszystko słychać z sąsiedniego pokoju. Rozmowy odkładanie prysznica.
