Amazing staff at the reception, polite and profesional. Cleanliness at the top. Location next to the bus station which takes to Venice. This is my second time here and it will be my choice every time I visit Venice. All great!!

Hotel needs a little more love and attention, a lick of paint and a few fixes here and there.

There was a varied breakfast. The location was very functional as the bus stop to and from the venetian islands was right at the hotel. They had their own miniature parking lot and lots of street parking.
The shower stall was very small as in most Italian hotels.

The hotel is very beautiful, the room is great, very comfortable, the bathroom is very good.
Breakfast was a disappointment, hard bread because it was old, salami and cheese in a dry stage also appearing to be old, scrambled eggs and bacon were cold because the machine was off, giving it a stale appearance. It would have been better not to offer breakfast included in the price.
