Attentive staff, new rooms and bathroom.
Breakfast could improve. Pillows were quite hard too. But overall, very comfortable and good value for the money.
Please bear in mind you always need to take a taxi to the station and/or to Venice. It’s not walking distance.

Very comfy location for the tourists with a car. Just a few minutes ride from Venice historic centre. Huge parking with easy access, directly connected with the highway. Big puls for a possibility of staying with a dog.
To little elevators for so many guests - at the morning breakfast/check-out rush, you will spend a few minutes waiting for the elevator. I was expecting much more from the breakfast to be honest.

Difficult acces on roundabout if you have to travel south.

Very clean, nice staff and very modern
Aircon in our room wasn’t working but not sure if that was down to user error or it was just broken.
