Clean, new, nice staff. Good value.

Attentive staff, new rooms and bathroom.

Breakfast could improve. Pillows were quite hard too. But overall, very comfortable and good value for the money. Please bear in mind you always need to take a taxi to the station and/or to Venice. It’s not walking distance.

Single night during Venice visit

Very comfy location for the tourists with a car. Just a few minutes ride from Venice historic centre. Huge parking with easy access, directly connected with the highway. Big puls for a possibility of staying with a dog.

To little elevators for so many guests - at the morning breakfast/check-out rush, you will spend a few minutes waiting for the elevator. I was expecting much more from the breakfast to be honest.

Little pricey, but great place with excellent breakfast and good location.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast selection. Good location to go to Venice - few minutes to walk to the bus. Free car parking. Good pool and great staff.

Few nights there was an awful smell coming from sewage system in the bathroom. Still, this does not reduce our score of 10. Also, our room was right next to the exit door to staircase - everyone starting to walk and slam the doors at 7am wasn't very quiet, but ear plugs helped here.

Great Hotel to explore Venice :)

Very clean, very easy to get to Venice from the Hotel. Breakfast was sufficient for 2 days, as a vegan I had a few nice options - not too many but enough for 2 days (vegan blueberry croissants, soy milk & almond milk, cereal, baked beans, bread). We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice :)

Noise from the highway is pretty loud, so if you’re a light sleeper that might keep you up.

Would have liked reception staff to inform us that we would be exempt from paying the €10 per person Venice tourist tax Luckily a helpful person showed us how to complete a lengthy process at the stand on arrival to Venice, to print off our details, as we were staying in a local hotel so had already paid the city tax. Very limited places to eat in the surrounding area. Found 1 great restaurant Al Calesse and 1 great Pizza takeaway within a short walk.

Good place to stay

The room was very smart, specious and very clean, cleaned every day, staff were amazing, room had kettle coffee however could have done with proper tea cups as compared to paper cups in the room

The hotel is beautiful however can be very difficult to find, location is out of the way from bus routes. First day would recommend taxi as google maps took us to a hotel opposite the one we booked and needed taxi as inaccessible by foot. Could do with good signposting from the bus stop to the hotel, so taxi is better on the first day

It was ok but I don’t think the value for money is worth it.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated that. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made a great impression.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast—the omelette had a strange smell, the options were very limited, and overall it lacked variety. I also wouldn’t recommend dining at the hotel restaurant, as the food quality was poor and definitely not worth the price. The location is another downside—it’s quite far from Venice, with about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station.

really good hotel with very tasty breakfast :)

the staff was great, breakfast was delicious, gym was nice and the bus to Venice was close, around 10 min walk to the station. cleaning was everyday which is great :) the bed was big and comfortable

the tv was smart, but the connection to wifi was not possible, so we couldn't use netflix/youtube. the surroundings were not so beautiful, the hotel is located at the highway, there are not so many things to do in Marghera. the fridge was quite warm.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it was same every day. They can change it every day, not all items but few then it would be interesting. Parking was free and there was enough space. Rooms were cleaned well and maintained. Thanks!

Superb

Room is fine, all seems recently renovated. It's fashionable without design being a hindrance in comfort. Beds are large, Light switches, power outlets in the right place. Shower and taps worked well. Hotel is located in a quiet area, although I imagine, if your room faces the wrong side you might get the noise from the autostrada, but wasn't the case for us.

Location can be a bit off-putting if you travel by public transport, but is superb if you travel by car. Breakfast is a bit repetitive if you stay there for several days. The use of a proper siphon in the toilet would be a big plus. The makeshift isn't working super well.
