Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Abir bedanken. Er war immer sehr nett zu den Gästen, hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns bei allem geholfen, was wir gebraucht haben. Dank seiner freundlichen Art haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location's great. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there are a few shops and coffee spots just 5 minutes away.
The staff is nice, a bit disorganised.
All went smooth.
The private bathroom isn't in the room, it's right outside, next door.
The TV didn't work. There's no controller.
The beds were clean, but they forgot to clean under them. (They cleaned it the next day.)
They asked for the city tax in cash, not card or transfer.
There was no toilet paper. We had to ask for it.
