I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The room was tidy, clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.
I would also like to highlight the convenience of the hotel parking, which was very useful for us.
I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

This is not a complaint, but I would like to share some feedback that may help improve your service.
During my stay, I noticed that there was no tissue box in the room. Additionally, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving items were not available in the bathroom. The hot water kettle was also not working properly. I would also like to mention that the room did not have a sofa set, which would have made the stay more comfortable.
I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the guest experience in the future.
