Cheap, get what you pay for

It was fine, we only used it to sleep in and was a good base for us. The Chinese restaurant next door was fantastic!

Our bathroom door didn’t close properly so when we needed it someone to prop a chair up against the door.

Not a lot

Car park gate wasn’t locked, it’s supposed to be secure parking. Room was filthy, really filthy, toilet even had stains from the previous guest!. Door had been smashed in previously with a very poor fix. Overall just horrible.

Think carefully before staying here!

Convenient location for ferry port, easy to find, close to restaurant and supermarket. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room not the cleanest, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, air con/heater unit not working,only two towels for three guests,, very run down and poorly maintained which surprised us as we had stayed here afew years ago and it was very different.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I don't expect luxury from a Premier Classe, but a basic clean room. This one was disappointing. The bedcover was stained and had cigarette burns. Also the floor was very dirty.

In the bathroom there is not enough space for 2 people. You have to play sokoban in the room if you are 3 or 4.

Good

This is very much a budget hotel, motel style, with rooms opening directly onto the outdoors. A little old in decor, but the place was clean, TV worked, bed comfy and shower good. Suited my needs as an economical overnight stop well

Shower and toilet were so tiny. breakfast was well below basic, it was not easy to find set back off the main road.

very cramped room that smelt of cigarettes. We felt unsafe as the hotel seemed to be full ofdrug addicts and alcoholics. we had to leave.

In need of refurbishment.

The staff were very pleasant and most things were as I would expect at Premiere Classe.

The room was clean but in a very poor condition. There were exposed electrical wires around one bedside light and the air conditioning control as the plastic covers were missing. The underside of the upper bunk bed was covered in unsightly graffiti. The window catch was broken off so the window could not be safely left open. The hotel needs some urgent maintenance!
