Great find . Great facijlities at a very affordable price.

Central location. Cleanlieness and space in the room.Balcony. Did not use the pool but if had had time would have liked to. Free , gated parking.

If i knew it’s a Senior citizens residences I wouldn’t have stayed.

Location is good , check in was fine as well.

We were a little surprised to find that it’s actually a senior citizen residences. There was peculiar smell in the corridor and rooms.

Great place, spacious. Given what it is, it is the quietest place you will stay in europe in terms of guests.

No air and main road was rather busy for open windows all night but only an issue on the really hot days. Windows closed, you cant hear a thing.

it was stunning! property so clean, everything and more ! kitchen, massive shower, comfortable chairs, balcony so very spacious. evening cleaner/receptionist lovely and helpful definitely go again

there was a day receptionist. unfortunately although helpful her body odour was so bad it almost made me sick. made even worse when I couldn’t find the window shutter button so had to go in the lift (confined space) with her. such a shame as the complex is fabulous deserves 10stars to be let down by the front of desk team on their hygiene.

Exceptional

Réidence Domitys is in the centre of Dunkirk. I was travelling by bike and there is a secure area where I could store my bike. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed chatting to the residents.

This was advertised as an aparthotel. In the description there was no indication that this was a Retirement Care Facility. Also as it wasn’t a real hotel, no one spoke English

All is not what it seems!

Essentially this an Older Persons Residence that rents out Apartments for travellers. Having said that is modern, spotless and has its own pool (indoors), restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is off street and free.

The property is advertised as Beachfront. It is NOT! It’s about 1.5 kms to Malo les Bains the main beach in Dunkirk.

beware early check out (10am) and restrictions on getting back into the building if you go out for the evening!!

very comfortable and spacious. clean and warm. fluffy towels.

we tried to re enter the building at 10.30pm and were unable to get in. no special instructions had been given at check in so we assumed normal entry. we were only able to access our room as were eventually seen by a cleaner. otherwise we would have been shut out all night. wifi is tricky and can only be accessed by one device at a time and even then is hard to log out and in on another phone. Tea bags supplied but no kettle.

Mooie en centrale ligging in het centrum.

Geen wifi en receptie wist ook niet hoe ons te helpen. Zwembad dicht. Klein bed 1m40 breed voor twee personen. Ontbijt viel tegen. Geen schoonmaak en geen schone handdoeken tijdens driedaags verblijf. Het hotel is een soort bejaardenhuis.

Super week-end à Dunkerque

Tout. Le studio avec balcon hyper confortable. La piscine avec coin jacuzzi super. Le dîner avec des résidents sur une même grande table, c'était super. Le personnel très accueillant, aimable, très à l'écoute et vous renseigne pour des informations liées à l'extérieur (bus, endroits...)
