Great place to stay if you want to visit Dunkirk. Clean, comfortable and with good facilities for a short stay. Staff were fantastic and I would definitely come again.

The place was great. Very convenient location and room. Staff were great. The only problem was the smoking area just below our room. As we had to keep our window open because of the hot weather the smoke was entering our bedroom.

The connected rooms our family had created a spacious suite with two bathrooms and kitchenettes. The property is relatively young comprising of linked buildings but the decking is in need of renewal. The Breakfast room was very busy and a bit too small for peak times, although we could have used the rooms' facilities instead.

I would not recommend this hotel due to no AC and they put a hold on your credit card so you are not allowed to use at all until you leave. This could cause many problems as I couldn't buy anything at all....it was a good thing I wasn't by myself or I wouldn't have been able to eat or go anywhere.

Charged double for the hotel, hotels not responding to me. Rock hard beds. Charged adult price for my 11 year old boys food. They’re not attentive and ignore their customers emails. Not staying here again and I’ll tell our travelling sports team who come here every year to avoid this place, they’ll loose more money than I’ve lost 👍

The streetlight shone brightly into the room and there was no curtain. The traffic is very loud, as is the fridge, and there was always noise in the hotel itself, even at night. Banging, knocking, drills, dogs barking. It was difficult to sleep. The hotel was informed by email, but there was no reply. Positive: It is not far to the city center and the beach promenade.

Friendly staff. Easy free street parking opposite site of hotel but not guarantee there are spaces. Small kitchen is definitely a plus especially travelling with young kids. It has everything we are looking for in the room.

We rely heavily on the kitchenette and discovered they no longer provide a filter coffee machine. Apparently as too many are stolen. It would have been a comptomise to have them available for those willing to pay a deposit. Our friend had a very poor selection of crockery/cutlery in his room, with stuff missing. No reusable teatowel was provided as previous years, just a very small, thin disposable cloth. Not very sustainable. My husband and friend checked in and were not informed by the personnel that there would be no water in the whole hotel from 9am the next morning - they read it in the lift. As i had spent 12 hours travelling and arrived very late, I was looking forward to a much needed lie in, but had to get up in time for a shower before the water went off. Would have been courteous to inform guests in advance by email (and absolutely at check in). Overall, the rooms are looking tired and a bit shabby. Our sink plug mechanism was broken, the shutter handle was missing a part. Given our previous positive experiences we found this stay unexpectedly disappointing.
