key card was picked up at reception that was operational 24/7 which is good these days. the kettle was not really clean so they changed it and an extra pillow so the service was good with out obstruction
actual charge for the dog and local tax could have been detailed or explained in the booking process

Good and quite extensive breakfast, enough free public space to park car, near city center (by foot 10 minutes) and beach (30 minutes maximum), many power sockets in the room, heating works good, good mattress, quiet room without or with little noise from street, additional large mirror on the wall, also accessible by wheelchair, friendly staff
Did not receive wifi information (i did not ask for it either), payment at check-in and without receiving a document, room was a bit dated with some damage, but room was clean (except for a spider on the ceiling), shower and lighting are rather low (we could not fit under them), noice of something that sounded like water running through pipes but this did not disturb

Location
No Tomato ketchup for breakfast

Nice location. Breakfast experience was commensurate with pricing tier.
Secure parking is an upcharge-not advertised as such. This was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever experienced in all of Europe—was like sleeping on a concrete pad. I think the floor would have been more comfortable. Also, pressed wood (particle board) has no place in a wet bathroom bathroom environment. Bathroom had a sewer smell.

Very pleasant mini-suites with kitchenette

Great sized rooms with joining room for children. Beds comfortable. Good location for what we needed with parking
Very noisy, there was a loud fan/generator noise from above. Shower not the best but adequate.

Smart, convenient a no fuss stay, was able to park easily and nearby. Buffet breakfast was worthwhile.
All good for me.

Location great, needing only a few minutes to walk into the main town of Dunkirk to explore the many sights on offer. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Buses are available in Dunkirk free of charge to get about. Parking on street when places available free of charge but secure car park for 7 euros per day. We booked a standard studio which was clean and basic but met our needs with a small kitchenette and plenty of dishes, refrigerator, kettle, toaster etc. on offer. Plenty of space in bathroom and large shower cubicle. Mattress firm on bed but comfortable and pillows sufficient (extra pillow and blankets in wardrobe if needed). Radiators in room and bathroom so able to turn on and off as required. Room was located next to the lift and virtually opposite the staircase but we didn’t hear other guests coming or going.
From the car park to our building (blue) was no covered connection so had to walk in the pouring rain and high winds to the apartment block. Room was already very warm and due to the mattress being covered in plastic and then being covered with an extra plastic cover also one sweated quite a lot at night. Opening a window for fresh air wasn’t an option due to the weather conditions (high winds, rain and traffic noise). Electric blinds on the outside of the windows were easily controllable in the room but some kind of curtaining on the inside would have been nice for a bit more privacy (building opposite to us had both on the windows). We could hear some kind of ventilator/fan noise coming from somewhere……there was a “fan switch” in the room but it wasn’t controllable. An area/shelf in the bathroom to place a toiletry bag would have been helpful considering the size of the room…..there was a very small surrounding space around the sink for toothbrushes etc..
Just small „gripes“ on my side……not really what „we didn’t like“ more things that could be improved on.

A good place to stop and chill before getting the ferry the next day
No curtain or blinds at the windows

A bit off
The service was awful, the guy in the reception was not able to tell the direction to our room, the elevator was not working, we went three steps up, the key was not working, went down to the reception and we where supposed to go to a building beside! When we came to the room it was not cleaned so we went back to the reception and got another room, no excuse no explenation, and he said, How should I know that the room was not ready (!!) He should get another job, it took us 30 min to check in.
In the bar there was not enough staff took long time to order drinks/food and pay.

The location is very good, close to the car ferry, some restaurants around for dinner and it has included parking if reserved in advance.
The rooms were not too small and the staff was nice.
The garage is super tight so that getting out of it was a bit of a challenge as we had the very first spot. The room smelled extremely unpleasant, als most as if someone left a pile of wet towels in there for a month. The bathroom smelled even worse. The whole room seemed to not have been cleaned. Every surface, the chairs and the bathroom were dirty and full of spots. The outside of the windows were full of spiders and webs so that we couldn’t open the window to let some clean air in either.
The only clean thing in the room was the bed.

Centrally located, ample free parking and paid, secure underground parking beneath the apartments. Comfy beds, tasty morning coffee and a good breakfast selection. Overlooks docklands and port- significant in Operation Dynamo in 1940. Main museum less than 20 minute walk, beach 30 mins walk away.
The old town and access roads to the apartment’s were all closed due to a summer festival (27/28 June) upon arrival, not really All Suites fault, however maybe would have been nice to have been informed, as we had to park over a mile away after arriving at midnight.

There is plenty of free parking in the neighbourhood. The kitchenette is well stocked for such small accommodation.
There is a bar and breakfast is available, but we did not try either.

Good location. Clean and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast.
Not enough toilet paper, kept having to ask for more. No drawers to put clothes into and no pegs to hang coats up.

Check in and out was very good. Parking was good. The accommodation of the fact that we had mobility scooters was excellent
Room the toilet was installed hard against the side of the Basin surround making using it decidedly awkward

The location was ideal for exploring the city and sea front
The entrance to the property and the walkway to the building that houses the bedrooms is shabby and in need of repair

I was just here for a one night stopover, so didn’t need anything fancy, but this exceeded expectations. Very decently priced and spotless. Staff were really helpful. Generously sized room with a lovely view of the harbour area. Great craft beer bar two doors down. Bonus!
I couldn’t work out if it was student accommodation or a hotel and seemed to be a bit of both. However, it perfectly served my purposes. Waele, it was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. It was a bit clinical with very hard floors etc, but for one night…

Good shower. Nice location. Friendly staff. Reception staff gave my dog a welcome pack!!! Great restaurants on the dock and nice boats.
Small bedroom and dark, (perhaps because we had a dog). The elevator floor was dirty and sticky when we arrived and still hadn't been cleaned the next morning. These little things count.

Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed location and proximity to city center (500-700m), Maritime museum (100m) and sea front (1.5km). Kitchenette was decently equipped.

The room was adequate for what we needed, with a small kitchen, nice view from the window onto the harbour, the location was perfect as we could walk easily to destination of our choice, it was close to the beach. Good places to eat locally. Plenty of bars in the area. Secure gated parking for extra price.
No kettle in the room only a coffee maker. The fridge was very loud that it kept us awake, the bed was hard and so were the pillows.
