Nice check in staff. Room (except bathroom) had been modernised.
We could hear noise from room above as well as rats running on fire escape. Both noises interrupted sleep. Bathroom very old, mouldy and needs upgrading.
Very long walk from reception to room.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, and extremely helpful. Secure car park was really useful, and it was really easy to get to.
The bathroom really needs updating. Getting to the room felt like going through a maze, a bit of a trek, and unfortunately the smell of the external bins were all through the main hallway. If the smell was this bad in winter I would dread to smell it in summer.

The breakfast was good
Allowing rowdy drunk people off the street in to drink at hotel bar. Rooms very small, bath towels were the size of hand towels. Pillows were very poor quality and need renewing. Bed not comfortable, air con did not seem to work, so room very hot. Would not stay again.

A great hotel for an overnight before ferry crossing. Convenient. No nonsense, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast as well.
All good, a kettle in room would be nice.

The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good the next morning. It was close to the centre of Dunkirk making it an ideal place to be based.
The car park was very tight for a large car.

Perfectly acceptable room.
Very noisy hotel. Lots of thumping like someone dropping shoes lots of times until late at night.

Simple and good selection for breakfast.
Larger breakfast area, as we went down for breakfast when there seemed to be a coach load of people arrive for breakfast at the same time.

On the process of being upgraded. Seemingly meaning run down. In quite poor shape. Our level anyway
Run down, worn out, no ventilation running AT ALL. So hot.

Terrible staff experience.
I booked a room for my Dad, and upon his arrival at the property, he encountered a receptionist who was extremely rude and unwilling to assist him. My Dad needed to pay with a card, but he didn't have one on him at that moment. I suggested paying over the phone, but the staff informed us that they don't accept phone payments. Instead, they requested that I send my card details via email. I complied with their request, but they denied receiving the email and asked me to send my card details to a personal email address instead. This request seemed inappropriate, considering they are a business with their own email account. I had to contact booking.com to intervene and resolve the issue. This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.

Friendly service, clean rooms, good pizza in the restaurant.
One baby high chair for the entire restaurant! If I had known, I would have brought mine. No parking spaces.

Like the young and beautiful lady at reception, she speaks a lovely English an manage some Spanish, very efficient in her work, smiling, well educated and polite. Very good start at the hotel. I did like the dinner and the red wine was good. Did fill satisfied. Thank.
Got no issues. Maybe the painting in the car park could improve.

Great location. Hotel quirky. The room was huge but basic. Good continental breakfast. As it was a Monday, not many restaurants were open, so ate in hotel. The food was lovely.
There is only 1 chair in the room. There are no plugs by the bed, but 3 together on the desk area. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was definitely missed, and for the money being charged, I feel it should be included, especially when an ibis basic includes it.

There was a lift to the room which was comfortable. There was a good restaurant by the Marina open on bank hol but all others were closed. We did use the underground car park at 10 euros which was accessible by lift and not busy as we were low season.
The front entrance is on a busy road and the underground car park is very small. The woman in the breakfast room was not very communicative.
