Check out is at 10am which is quite early. However wasn’t a problem for us.

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment. It is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The bedding was of the highest quality—crisp, white, perfectly fresh, and wonderfully fragrant. The towels were also premium and very soft. The beds and mattresses were unbelievably comfortable, offering a perfect night’s sleep with absolutely no complaints.

Ideal location to Dunkirk modern setting

Apartment was high spec. We didnt know there was swimming pool and gym facilities. It was exactly as advertised We arrived at property to see lots of older people in the lounge area playing cards/ crib etc was a shock at first as we were just told residential. Microwave and hob everything you need is there nice big walk in shower and separate toilet.

We didn’t realise it was a seniors home / care home. But as we are in our 60’s it was fine. So quiet it was lovely.

A lovely apartment, pleasant stay, only reason I woolly

The property is a lovely property, spotlessly clean. The swimming and sauna was an extra bonus and my family really enjoyed time we spent there.

Check in time is from 5pm, which is late in comparison to other accommodations. An earlier checheck in time would have been better at least 3pm. It is a part of what seems to be a residential scheme where elderly people live, it had no impact on out stay as everyone was lovely and pleasant I just think this should be noted in the advert.

All areas were spotless clean, 2 bed room flat with all amenities was a luxury for family of four. Super clean swimming pool with jacuzzi was a great surprise.

A perfect stop over! Incredible price for what you get.

This property yes, it's an elderly residence but do not let that put you off booking a stay here because it works wonderfully as a hotel. For a 2 bedroomed apartment, everything brand new, it's an incredible price! It doesn't feel, smell or look like an elderly residence. The shower is fantastic, they provide toiletries too and a hairdryer. Both the bathroom and toilet were very large. The kitchen has everything you need too although we didn't use it and there's a lot of space in general for a family. Worth noting too there's a lift. It's also very close to a supermarket, restaurants, takeaways and the ferries and tunnel so it worked perfectly as a stop over. It's also very quiet and the staff were very friendly and kind.

The room was very hot even with the window wide open. The bathroom tap is a little too fancy and so it's hard to get your hands under to wash your hands properly. Parking is secure behind a gated access but you have to pay €5 a day and reserve in advance although there was plenty of space when we arrived. Also there's no breakfast option. I'm picking at straws though.

Great value for money if you are looking for a good calm place.

The room was a full apartment with a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and an outdoor space. Very clean and spacious, all the necessities included. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. You can park for free outside right next to the accommodation. Nothing to worry about for the check-in and check-out time, just some cautiousness.

There isn’t much to do at the facility itself given that it’s a retirement residence but it’s a great place for an overnight stay. A bit of a drive from any major attractions but an easy one.

A senior residence that just opened so it did have a few child deseases, but the rooms are nice with a small kitchen blok. kitchen is not too well equipped but for basics is ok. only issue i had was the heating could not be switched off and though i asked every day no solution was found and most staff did not know, so I had to sleep with open doors and windows.

Punaises de lits

Nous avon séjourné 1 nuit dans cette hôtel. A première vue, tout était bien mais le le demain nous avons été rempli de piqûres. Il s'est avéré que c'était des puces de lits. Le responsable, malgré nous avoir proposé de le recontacter, n'a jamais décroché à nos appels ni répondu à nos mails. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 246 le 25/12. D'après le responsable le protocole est d'un mois sans résidents dans cette chambre, j'espère que cela a au moins été respecté.

L’accueil, la sécurité, l’ambiance, le confort des appartements, la piscine (un peu fraîche mais on va pas se plaindre) nous adorons dormir chez Domitys.

J’aurai aimé une boîte au lettre pour laisser mon badge en sécurité à notre départ car il n’y avait personne à la réception et nous devions partir tôt.

Het was zeker inorde! Als suggestie eventueel; -Een iets grotere eettafel, deze was wat krap voor met vier personen aan te zitten. -Wat extra keukengerei zoals bijvoorbeeld een vergiet zou praktisch zijn.

It was very quiet and well furnished and exceptionally clean. As others have said once you realise you are in a senior citizens assisted living venue, it’s fine! It was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Wat een leuke accommodatie! Super lief personeel, zijn altijd vrolijk. Je krijgt heel veel voor de best wel lage prijs. De kamers zijn zeer verzorgd en we hebben hier geweldig geslapen (zeg ik als iemand die niet makkelijk ergens anders slaapt). Je kan er helemaal tot rust komen. Ook ontbijt voor 10 euro per persoon was verzorgd en lekker.

Er viel niks tegen. We hebben ons hier echt thuis gevoeld.

Appartement vonfortable et au calme

Appartement 2 chambres moderne, lumineux et calme dans un lieu calme et un environnement securise, un matelas confortable. Situation: a quelques kilometres de la plage et des magnifiques dunes (Zuydcoote, Bray-Dunes), supermarches a proximite.

Ventilation permanente genante la nuit. Manque une casserole plus grande.

Wir würden wieder kommen!

Alles sehr sauber und modern. Man merkt, dass das Haus neu gebaut ist. Wir waren eine Nacht hier auf der Rückreise von England zurück nach Deutschland. Das Haus ist eigentlich betreutes Wohnen für ältere Leute. Das merkt man am Aufbau und der Ausstattung. Die Zimmer haben aber alles, was man in einer Ferienunterkunft braucht.

An der Rezeption wurde leider kein Englisch gesprochen, sondern nur französisch! :-)
