Large and nice apartment in the Florence center.

Great place for large groups

Amazing property, palatial rooms, you feel like royals staying in the suite

Had a bit of a trouble with mosquitoes in 1 room as it rained on the day we checked in

The location is perfect. Rodolfo is a very helpful gentleman, met us, and explained all, suggested a good restaurant.

Bedroom 4 connecting to Bedroom 1 is very small more suitable for a child. Agent Mr Rodolfo gave us all information but was indifferent to 3 seniors’ (over 70) difficulty handling luggages. We had difficulty with communicating with taxi company in English so asked Mr. Rodolfo to help but he refused giving some excuse that he’s is not permitted to call taxi companies. Everywhere we went even restaurants were more than happy to call taxi companies for us.

we had a very good stay and loved the apartment

the apartment was beautiful and clean. we’ll equipped kitchen and laundry room. great location to walk to restaurants and main attractions. very close to bus station as well.

for some reason the air conditioning was inconsistent throughout apartment. one room would get really cold while the 2 on the other side of apartment would stay warmer.

Great choice for a group visiting Florence. Spacious lovely apartment

Apartment was huge and location was about 15 minutes walk to town but the size of the apartment wouldn't of been possible closer. We were 9 staying in the apartment, 4 bedrooms ( 2 rooms had 3 beds, 1 single and 1 double). We enjoyed the walk to help work off the amount of food we were eating. Rodolfo met us on arrival as planned and was very helpful and was available during our stay if we needed him. We loved the apartment for our stay. Kitchen was large and easy to use.

The apartment bathrooms could do we a renovation.

Wonderful time staying there with friends

Great location for visiting the city, everything is in walking distance. The appartment is magnificent! Service is excellent.

Streets below are quite busy during the week, and only one bedroom has double glazing.
