What a perfect location! And our host was wonderfully helpful and gracious enough to let us drop off our bags early. The apartment had everything we could ask for and was very spacious.

We were met by our host and she gave us some very valuable information about Florence. The apartment is huge and the facilities are excellent. Fabulous location basically in the centre of the city and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay.

Having laundry was great. When we used all the detergent provided, the hosts brought more over within a half an hour or so. But the best was the air conditioning. With temps over 100 (40 C), it was a lifesaver. Everything was within easy walking distance.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything. The stay was perfect!

Good location. Host was responsive.
We had some air conditioning issues which meant the living room was warm which wasn’t ideal in a heatwave. Bedroom AC was fine.
