The apartment was beautiful and spacious with both beds being very generous. We didn’t realise the place had two bathrooms when we booked online so were pleasantly surprised, so this place would be perfect for a group of 4 for a few days. The location was incredible, it was about a 10 minute walk from the station which on the first day is hard with luggage but so good for exploring once you’re settled in. We arrived early to Florence and weren’t able to check in but the host helped us find a place to store our bags securely and free which is a big plus! Overall an amazing stay and would definitely come back when in Florence again.
The smaller second bathroom drainage wasn’t great, the shower and sink both filled up after a few minutes of running them so would be good for the host to look into this! There was a Nespresso pod machine but no pods provided

It was a central location, modern and extremely clean.
The amount of steps to the property, but it was only a problem when lugging suitcases up the flights of stairs. Apart from that it was perfect, shame the lift did not work
