Sea Breeze Lodge B&B Galway

The B&B was clean, comfortable with an a la carte menu breakfast that was absolutely beautiful with fruit, juices, coffee and a choice of a fully cooked hot breakfast. Fred & Michelle were astonishing hosts with nothing too much trouble.

Probably slightly far from Galway centre although the walk to Galway along the promenade was brilliant. A taxi back was quick an inexpensive if required.

Room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Service and friendliness of the staff superb.

Going to leave an honest review because at £325 a night this is hugely overpriced !! 4 o’clock check in - latest time I have ever seen and 11 am check out . Breakfast times were very restrictive 8:30 to 10 - and the quality of breakfast was very poor - no vegetarian options, standard loaf bread toast- no mushrooms, pastries, cheeses etc we didn’t even stay for breakfast on our second day it was that underwhelming. No coffee machine in room. For the price we were expecting a whole lot more. We stayed multiple places during our trip to Ireland and this place was hugely overpriced for what it offered. Were also disappointed in the location - had to walk quite a way just to find a pub 😔Normally stay in hotels with all the facilities they provide but thought we would give this place a try because the reviews were good - wish we had stayed in a hotel closer to town and beach.
