Perfect hotel for a nice get away

The property is beautifully maintained. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond normal means of customer service. Right from the moment we entered their vibes just lit up the hotel. The bistro staff were so friendly giving great recommendations for food. You can tell they are all being genuine which made our stay even nicer. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel close to Galway city.

The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. All reception staff were friendly and took the time to explain things, including options for travelling into the city. Likewise, the breakfast waitstaff took the time things, too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary water and chocolate were a nice touch. Parking onsite was a massive benefit.

A comfy and quiet stay in Galway.

Loved the location. It was an easy 30 min walk to central Galway, we didn’t want to stay in the heart of the city so that was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was huge and super comfy. Plenty of parking.

Good location but was expensive for what you got.

The location is very close to the city, the room was very spacious and the staff were lovely! The bed was very comfortable.

The drainage wasn’t very good in the shower, two of the lights weren’t working beside the bed so it meant we had to get up to turn off the main light each time, the hair dryer didn’t work in the room which was annoying. It would have been nice to have had a mini fridge in the room to keep bottled water cold and milk. We got room service of nachos which weren’t fresh and seemed to have been heated up in a microwave which was disappointing for the price.

We had an upgrade to the junior suite and it was very comfortable and roomy. Bed was really good.

Weekend getaway.

We loved Every little touch. This is our second visit to Menlo and from the moment of booking the reception was on top of everything from popping me messages for updates and any other queries for the room to the arrival was greeted and welcomed so warmly. And being suprised to an upgrade to a suite. It was a lovely little touch to our little getaway celebrations made it felt more at home and romantic. The food in the restaurant was devine and couldn't recommend it enough. And the options of dishes and drinks the choices were endless. And as we were checking out it was so simple and easy. We look forward to a return to this beautiful hotel for any occasion. 10/10 *

A friendly and efficient hotel giving easy access into Galway city centre

The reception team and all the staff we dealt with were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were very good. We were given an upgrade on our room and were very happy with it. Parking was always available and convenient.

The property had all the amenities in one place. The restaurant and hotel area were great. To go into the city, the bus was just outside the property & the reception staff were very helpful in providing a bus timetable & exchanging currency for us to purchase our bus tickets. Fantastic, comfortable premises.

Excellent location/hotel with exceptional staff and great food

The staff were excellent, well trained and very customer focused, every interaction was very positive and helpful. We had food in both the bistro and as part of a function and both meals were excellent. As a non-meat eater I really appreciated the choices that were available to me, the vegetarian burger in the bistro was the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant, normally the efforts to make a good vegetarian type burger are poor but I was really delighted with my choice, compliments to the chef :-)

Obviously would love access to a swimming pool :-)
