Excellent location as very Eyre Square is within walking distance and excellent value for money also.
No full Irish breakfast option but couldn't fault anything else.

The Innkeeper, Al, was very nice and helpful. The location was great! Very quiet neighborhood. Rooms were very clean.
Bed's were too hard for my comfort but some like them like that. Was kinda tight for 4 people. Would stay again but might do 2 rooms instead.

Location was good, only a 15 minute walk to station.
Room was tiny, walls were paper thin, could hear every noise from adjoining rooms, so my sleep was in short supply.Double glazing ineffective, lots of traffic noise all night but particularly from 6am. Mattress was worse than a hostel bed, very cheap and thin, really uncomfortable.
