Convenient for the city- a seven-minute walk to Eyres Square at the centre, and the social centre. A warm welcome from the host, and a clean and comfortable room.

Room was compact but really clean and had everything I needed.

Location was good, only a 15 minute walk to station.
Room was tiny, walls were paper thin, could hear every noise from adjoining rooms, so my sleep was in short supply.Double glazing ineffective, lots of traffic noise all night but particularly from 6am. Mattress was worse than a hostel bed, very cheap and thin, really uncomfortable.
