A very enjoyable stay ,would definitely stay again and hopefully try the evening meals next time.

Excellent location,directly across from Eyre Square green and the Christmas markets. Excellent entertainment on both nights of our stay and the bar staff were brilliant. We only had breakfast one morning and my eggs were cooked to perfection. We had a twin room on the first floor and were not disturbed by the band. General street noise was expected. The room was adequately warm on both nights. The shower/bathroom is small but we managed.

The ladies toilets were down a steep staircase and would benefit from a deep clean.

We loved Galway and 13 on the Green has a bar and restaurant that is 100% Irish!!!

The location of the Hotel is great! Easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping. The car park isn’t very close and pulling luggage in the rain is challenging. Having to go thru the bar to check in, and every time you come and go is different. The bar is really quaint and the staff is very welcoming. I had the most amazing Carrot and Coliander soup! The room was so tiny as was the bathroom. It’s a very old hotel and the rooms could use an update! Because of the location and value we would stay here again, but no more than 2 days since the rooms are so small.

Location could not be better, right in the middle of Galway by Eyre Square. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast not included in the price. one morning the breakfast was excellent and the next morning not good at all, they must have had a different chef on that day.

Was disappointed after getting a really lovely breakfast on my firsrt morning I got such a poor one the next morning. Went elsewhere after that.

Location was ideal for us. We wanted to explore the city on foot so the hotel was centrally located.

Uncomfortable and exhausting

Location was good.

Room was very small and cramped. Shower was dated and didn't work properly. Water was boiling , to the point where I couldn't stand under it. Noise outside the hotel was a major problem. I had to but ear buds to drown out the sound of the traffic lights, traffic and birds so that I could sleep.

It’s really value for money and I’d stay there again

It’s located at the very heart of the city. You can easily walk to any place in the city. The rooms are small but clean and have all the necessary facilities.

disappointing stay and below standard for the fee of €200.00 a night charged

The standard in the room is very poor, no proper wardrobe - a rail with hangers, very basic room more hostel like which does not reflect the fee of €200.00 per night without breakfast - room was beside the Air handing units which ran at a constant noise. when we approach the reception to see if we could change the room the lady said - do you know how old this building is??? - not helpful. a very disappointing stay overall

Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was basic with a small TV but it was clean and plenty of tea and coffees. There was live music played in the evenings and we enjoyed listening to it.

Check-in was at 3pm but nobody on reception to give us a room.

Incredibly noisy room. Noise comes up from the kitchen. Building work going on outside our window with no communication from staff that this was going to happen. When we told the woman at the reception, she just said Galway's always noisy.

Super fun hotel in a great location

A terrific little hotel in a fantastic location. The pub downstairs was excellent, providing great service, live music, and tasty food. Room was super clean and comfortable. Being older, we appreciated having the lift to go up to the higher floors! We'd definitely stay again.

Very noisy, walls felt paper thin. Very cramped felt a bit of a dorm room. Bathroom was very slippery and was always soaked in water. I felt it was a lot of money for just the location.
