The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the location is right downtown in the middle of everything.
Just know that you are staying on top of a bar and right across from a hostel and transportation center. The second night we used white noise on our phone to drown out some other noises. It is not a luxury hotel but it is very clean and comfortable.

Cozy, traditional accommodation right on Eyre Square. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was delish!
Liked everything because I was wanting an authentic pub lodging experience.

Staff were excellent. Food was good and good liocation
Rooms were very small. Very dark and needs to be redecorated. Also water was annoying and shower quite dangerous.
