The location was great and the complex was safe. The apartment itself was very clean. Kitchen was lovely!
The water heater was very unreliable even after waiting for it to warm. Many cold showers were had.

Spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms, perfect for a group. Location excellent, less than 10 min walk to Spanish Arch& Shop St.
Was difficult to figure out heaters at first but once we hot them on apt heated quickly.

Clean and comfortable, but very basic.
I requested an arrival time between 3 and 4 pm, we arrived at 3.30 having no idea how to access the apartment, our taxi driver was very helpful and rang round to get codes for us, we never received email from you until after 4 pm with instructions.
