The location was fantastic, just a short walk over the bridge to the city centre. Underground car parking.
Unfortunately there was an issue in contacting us about collecting keys. A resident was able to give us the address of the agent who was helpful otherwise we had no way of contacting anyone. The wifi didn't work even after the agent gave us two different passwords.

Very clean, two bathrooms were great, kitchen stocked with the essentials, and free underground parking included were all very appreciated! And it was far enough from the shopping and restaurant district to be quiet and residential, but close enough to walk there to enjoy.
There are a lot of stairs - people need to know that. Also, there was only one kitchen towel, no paper towels, no basics like salt and pepper.

Location is very good and close to town. Next to the canel and views would be fantastic if you manage to get the top floor rooms. Heating was good in April but unsure in middle of winter.
Communication was slow. No mixer taps in bathroom and very stiff to turn off. No WiFi as unable to turn it on. Fan heater in bathroom only turns on for a minute and then shuts off. Overall pictures in Bookings predominantly on upper floors and looks nice but lower floors are dated.
