Vinnie is an outstanding host; helpful and responsive, with great local knowledge and pointed us in the right direction several times. The lodge is very comfortable, has a fantastic location — right in the west end and close to the Latin Quarter, and breakfast was simple yet ample. We'd definitely book again and pass along a recommendation!

Location was good.
Quality of breakfast was poor - no fresh bread; instant coffee; tasteless cold cuts and cheese; cold pancakes - everything seemed to be done to save time and limit work. Stayed 2 nights - no house keeping whatsoever. Room was not particularly clean and carpet needed a good wash.
