Excellent remote check in with all the appropriate information and codes provided. I even got a check in message one day into our stay. Thoughtfully designed apartments right by the water in salthill. Beautiful area. Would be interested in other properties owned by this group!

This apartment was extremely clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. The beds were super comfy. However, the parking situation was not advertised accurately. The listing states that there is one parking space per apartment, however there is only about 1 space per 2 apartments in the lot. We encountered several other guests who were confused at the lack of parking. I contacted the management via the Expedia app to ask where to park, and they directed me to park in a public lot across the street. When I went to that lot, I noticed a posted sign that the lot was subject to flooding at high tide, which was a concern. I sent another message to management asking if flooding was an issue, and this time I received no response. I took a chance and parked in the flood-prone lot because there was no other choice. Later I discovered that satellite TV wasn’t working- we had planned to watch the UK Grand Prix in the afternoon, so we’re counting on the advertised satellite TV. I contacted the management- again, no response. The washing machine was horrible, locking our clothes inside until a 2 hour cycle completed, with no way to cancel. I’m glad we discovered this early in our stay, otherwise we might have tried to run a quick load before checkout, only to be held hostage by the washer for hours. They also provided no laundry detergent, luckily I had brought some along, in a nutshell, this apartment was very nice in some regards but the management ignored our pleas for help.

Kitchen not so well equipped - very small fridge which froze all our berries and there were no platters or bowls for serving food. There was only a stainless steel bowl we used for salad. No wooden spoons, grater or serving spoons. The bathroom was not accessible as the shower was above the bath. Instructions provided for checkin were clear but surprised to be asked to pay a security deposit.

Do not sleep in the back room if ur a light sleeper cause you won't sleep. The doors are super heavy but the walls are thin. It sounds like there's water constantly running and it's hard to get comfortable fearing ur flooding the place. Theres food near by and u can walk to mostly everything

Cigarette smoke filled our apartment from one of the other apartments, making it extremely smelly all week as well as causing my little kids to cough all nighr. The bed sheets were covered in hair, questionable if they had been washed properly. It is a nice and new apartment but with it not having a property manager on site it is difficult if there are any problems. Wished we would have stayed right in Galway city centre instead, nice view though

This property is excellent. It’s a fully equipped near new two bedroom home. Great security with card / code only access. Everything works beautifully. The view across Galway Bay is gorgeous. And the big bonus is that you can access Salt Hill village just at the back of the property. Lots of good places to eat and a good little supermarket. The owners are a delight to work with and really looked after us. One tip. Checking in is done electronically and not before 4pm. So if you arrive early park your car wander up to the village and enjoy a drink or a coffee. I highly recommended this property.

Shoreline are some very nice spacious new apartments with views of the ocean. The apartments are adjacent to the aquarium, lots of restaurants, and gambling casinos. They are about 2-3km from the downtown area. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was nice for not having stairs, but for privacy, a view, and quiet you should look for an upstairs unit. The check in process is pretty awful, but manageable with a lot of patience.

Stunning apartment. The pictures online don't really show what a beautiful place this is or what a great location. The only issue we had was that our reservation code didn't work so we had a hard time with the automated check in. We did finally get a call back and they were able to help us get checked in. There is not enough parking for everyone, but we were able to park outside the gate both nights with no issues. The door keys will time out at 10:00 am so if you are not completely out you will not be able to get back in. We were unable to return the electronic keys into the drop box because our keys timed out while we were packing the car. Everything else was fabulous!
