Location and facilities.. lively nite and entertainment. Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Had a very nice meal in the bar so didn't need to leave the hotel after all day travel..

Friendly Staff, generous breakfast and the location for the city and station
A few issues popped up that couldn’t be helped and if truth be told we felt like we’d been sent by head office to test everyone with our problems but they were dealt with swiftly by Siobhan (I think that was her name)

The staff was very kind and attentive to the guests needs. The hotel and room were clean considering the age of the property.
This property is OLD and not in a quaint, historical way. It’s like a motel from the 1980s that’s had zero updates except for some brightly colored paint on the walls and some modern artwork. The bathroom was awful. The shower leaked. If the sink wasn’t turned on high enough it leaked all over the counter. To get the toilet to flush, we had to hold the button down extra long. There was not a single electrical outlet in the bathroom. The carpet everywhere was old. Lighting was awful. Everything was just old and in dire need of updating.
