The staff were welcoming and warm, particularly JJ, he gave us a really warm Irish welcome which was a great juxtaposition after dragging our bags in the Irish rain into the hotel. The hotel has just been renovated and the decor was lovely with rooms that meet all your travel needs including coffee, tea, a safe and comfy beds! The pastries at the hotel were really yummy too!

Outstanding interior design, high quality furniture, super comfy bed.
Best staff and manager. When I fell sick, they did everything (!) to make me feel better. Great location. Definitely one of my favorite stays ever. Many thanks to the whole team.

The property was in the perfect location- a short walk to Salthill and equally short into the city. The design was quirky and cool, the rooms were fabulously comfortable and the staff were fab. Loved the brekkie setup in the morning!
Nothing really to note, only small touch that would have been nice would for an option to have Prosecco/chocolates in the room upon arrival if celebrating something but that’s a minor detail.
