Great location - 10 minute walk to all the main attractions, Cathedral, Latin Quarter, Quay St Clean & spacious in a quiet residential area. The property is owned by the B&B next door which is not clear in the description, a lot more spacious that the pictures on the website. We had our own key to the property.

Very helpful staff member, great location, I would definitely stay here again, really clean, modern room, no issues at all.

I can't complain, there was no breakfast in the package I got, but I didn't need breakfast so it was ideal for what I wanted. The photos on Booking didn't do it justice, it was lovely. I went past it on Booking after seeing the photos, but ultimately booked it. I was glad I did.

I was in 53 room 5 & breakfast was not included.

I thought for the price a continental breakfast would have been an easy thing to 8nclude. A shelf or something in the bathroom to put toothbrush on would be helpful. My door rattled anytime anyone came in or out the main door so woke me several times

Ideally located near the hospital, this place was absolutely perfect and spotless too. Comfy bed, nice shower and quiet. Ideal stay.

Just a small thing - toiletries like shampoo for shower would have been a nice touch. It just had soap and body wash.

Comfortable and clean room with good facilities. Location was excellent - easy walking distance to everything! Check in at the property next door was easy. On site parking at next door’s property was also easy.

Not deal breaking, but the sink in the bathroom was very small and made it difficult to fill up water bottles and the kettle.

Good, clean accommodation at an excellent location. Would recommend.

Loved how close it was to the river, the parks and the city centre. Spacious, clean room, with an excellent bathroom. Appreciated the fridge and water heater for tea. Would have liked to have a small table and basic utensils to be able to sit on the lovely wide windowsill and have a simple meal.

Unfortunately next to a surprisingly busy road- traffic sounds at night. Door isolation could be better- whenever someone closed their door forcefully mine also rebounded a bit in it's frame.

Lovely place to stay!

I had a lovely stay at Number 53, the room was perfect - very comfortable & clean and the en-suite was ideal. Location is very good, just a short walk from town and very close to the university, bus stops and restaurants/shops. I’d definitely stay here again!

Short walk to downtown area. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! I don’t know what made it so good but I loved it.

It was very warm when we were there. We tried to open the windows for ventilation but the traffic on the street was too loud. A fan would have been a wonderful addition.

I think without any doubt, breakfast should have been included in the price, even if it was porridge and a coffee, you will have seen I had to buy porridge and thank you I had the coffee facilities in my room, but I do this at home every day, it would have been nice to sit in with the other guests and have breakfast and chat and build memories for a revisit

Property was recently remodeled repainted felt so clean. Really comfortable for such a small space. Really great job of management. primo spot. Included a good size TV as well as a little fridge. Course I am a spoiled American, and the temperature was cool rather than cold. Really liked staying there and so close to town. It was grand.

My only suggestion is a folding suitcase stand as the chair is quite small, and my suitcase kept falling off.
