Bathroom is good. The location is perfect for my purpose.
The bed is very squeaky; I didn't dare to move. There is almost no space to move around in the room.

Location is really good if you need to be near the university or hospital. Parking at front. ok the little single room could do with a more comfortable mattress ( I'd get rid of the wardrobe also to make better use of the room and add a mirror in the sleeping space! ) Nice modern led lights and usb charging. coffee shop below opens at 8am . It was quiet, I wasn't disturbed by other guests coming and going. I would stay again .
The mattress in single room was not terrible comfortable. But I still slept ok.

Location was ideal. Bathroom was very good. Clean, tidy.
No tv, no kettle despite tea and coffee provided. Bed was absolutely shocking and woke up with crippling back pain both mornings. Other guests went around like wild elephants. Getting to and from the room was ok.
