The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the building was very convenient to visit Galway.
No air conditioning, which is probably fine most of the year, but it was kind of hot while we were there, and the windows only open a crack, probably for safety.

Staff were friendly on arrival. The breakfast was lovely.
We had to check out early, told the waiter the previous morning who said they could not accommodate us with any pastries for breakfast as it was too early even though we had paid for it. He said he was not working the next day and it wasn't his problem, but would check for us. Had no response. Very disappointed.
