We were very warmly welcomed by Johnny. The room was great, a really comfortable bed and clean shower room. The breakfast was fantastic. A really good choice of food and it was really good quality. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The parking is great. The Brook Lodge is really well located, across the road from University of Galway and close to the City Centre. Would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing really but the road is a little loud when the window is open. However, ear plugs are provided and they worked perfectly

We liked most things about this property including the customer service, the room itself was comfortable with a good bathroom, free parking onsite, and a delicious breakfast which was included.
There was not much around the property for restaurant options. Having to haul our bags up 3 flights of stairs was also challenging but the fellow who checked us in was very kind and offered to help.
