Everything about this space is wonderful. It is close to everything in the area and the staff was always so helpful in giving suggestions or telling us about points of interest. It was always so nice to start the day off with a light breakfast and to come back in the afternoon after exploring to cookies and tea. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was the best! Only complaint was the lack of air flow within the room - need a fan or a way of turning down the room temp.

Fantastic stay. We had a great time. Everyone was wonderful. The only negative is the access to the building via the front door is not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is an exit via the back door. This is not accessible to enter.

We wish we had been told about the discounted parking garage that's associated with the hotel before we checked in though. We had already paid to park somewhere else. A very convenient and central location, but also quiet which was nice. Absolutely loved the breakfast with the variety and how easy it was to take anything to go - especially if you have early tours in the morning or need to run to catch a bus elsewhere. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Sleep was good. The bathroom is small though, especially the shower. If you're a bigger person, it might be uncomfortable and door easily opens so you have to be careful water doesn't leak out, but it was okay.

This is our third visit to Galway. The House Hotel was a good fit for us. We like being to be able to walk around Galway. There are many shops, night spots and restaurants to dine at within walking distance. The hotel does have an elevator. Parking is relatively close and it isn't free. Breakfast was good. I prefer perked coffee and had to have Americano here. Would recommend.

The lobby and included breakfast area has been renovated and is a nice pleasant space. The rooms and corridors are worn, shabby, stained and in need of an overhaul. Construction noise on the first level began around 0830. Very disappointed in the 9.2 Expedia rating. Not at all what I was expecting.
