The location was excellent - only 10 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants and quite close to Salthill beach. Off road parking was really helpful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.
The bedroom was rather cramped and tea and coffee making facilities were downstairs in a communal kitchen but you had to bring your own, including milk. It would have been a nice touch to at least supply tea, coffee, sugar and little uht milk pots.

- Located far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to easily reach the city on foot
- Large shared kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, etc. if one wants to cook in. Also comes with some spices and teas already stocked
- Easy check in process
- Private parking, though located in an area easy enough to come by other means
- Rooms are cramped/feel disorganized. Our door couldn't open all the way because it hit the bed.
- Hosts seem to handle the house remotely: if you want more local charm, this isn't it. Easy process, but very impersonal

Winnie’s place was exceptionally clean, spacious room with great shared facilities and easy walk into town. There is a Tesco very close by too. Lots of off street parking.

Location excellent to walk in to Galway, Salthill, and along the shoreline. Easy parking on site and check in access via lockbox.
Room (2) was not as clean as expected, dust bunnies in floor corners, spider webs in ceiling corners. The bathroom door handle screws had stripped out the wood so the handle just pulls off in your hand.
Too expensive for just a room in a shared house, even in a great location.
