How close it was to restaurants, pubs and shops

Beds were extremely comfy. Great location and was a short walk to many sites.
Bathroom was a bit small, and some stains on the carpet. We didn’t mind the noise from the pub, but they do remind you of that on the booking. Communication was a little difficult over booking.com, I didn’t get responses to my questions, but all was well anyway.

We loved the location! Right beside Eyre Square with lovely cafes and restaurants around. Toni (the host) recommended a restaurant a 2-3 minute walk away named Taquila and we went twice, it was so good! Toni was so kind and was very accommodating with our request for an extra blanket. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was so spacious! On the website there's a disclaimer about being above a pub and that noise may be a bit louder than expected, but we didn't find it was too noisy!
We loved everything, but the shower didn't drain for while, which is literally the only fault we found but it didn't bother us at all, everything else was absolutely perfect!
